Spring '26 NFL FLAG- Females in Flag

Our 2026 Spring NFL FLAG Females in Flag program is open to girls ages 7 to 17 (based on the athletes age as of March 1st, 2026). PLEASE NOTE: Our registration includes questions regarding "Buddy Request" and "Coach Request". We will not honor these and are working to have them removed.

Registration includes an NFL FLAG belt, a reversible NFL FLAG team Jersey, and reversible NFL FLAG Team Shorts. Please ensure you select the correct size jersey and shorts during your registration as there is a fee to exchange gear.

Teams practice 1-2x per week with games on Saturdays (Sundays will be used for make-ups as needed and playoffs).
