Fall '25 NFL FLAG - South Riding

Our 2025 Fall NFL FLAG youth rec program is open to boys and girls ages 5 to 14 (based on the athletes age as of August 1st, 2025). If you have a daughter, please consider signing her up for our Females in Flag Division (separate registration).

  • Registration includes an NFL FLAG belt, a reversible NFL FLAG team Jersey, and reversible NFL FLAG Team Shorts. Please ensure you select the correct size jersey and shorts during your registration as there is a fee to exchange gear.

  • Teams practice 1-2x per week with games on Saturdays (Sundays will be used for make-ups as needed and playoffs).

PLEASE READ: Due to an update in the NFL FLAG system, three questions were incorrectly (and unexpectedly) added to our registration that we are working to remove (buddy request and coach request). Our 8u, 10u, 12u, & 14u divisions form their teams via a player assessment and draft and we do not honor buddy requests (including carpool requests) or coach requests. So please note that if you put something down in those boxes, we will not be honoring them. We strive for parity in our team formations to maximize the fun for everyone.
